About

Women. Health. Community.

The Women’s Wellbeing Group exists to support women through every stage of life, with education, community and expert-led sessions that are practical, down to earth and free of judgement.

Why we exist

Women’s needs change. Support should keep up.

A woman’s life moves through so many chapters: pregnancy, new motherhood, the long stretch of the middle years, perimenopause and menopause, and the health questions that come and go in between. At each stage her needs change enormously, and yet the support around her is often fragmented. A leaflet here, a forum there, a ten-minute appointment when what you really needed was an hour, a coffee and someone who has been there.

The Women’s Wellbeing Group was created to bring that support together in one place. Somewhere women can access trusted education, community, expert-led conversations and practical support, without judgement and without pressure.

What we do

  • Education: clear, honest information on women’s health and wellbeing, from a baby’s first weeks to midlife and beyond.
  • Community: relaxed, welcoming groups where women at the same stage can meet, talk and support one another.
  • Expert-led sessions: guided by our doula, women’s wellbeing practitioner and invited experts.
  • Events and classes: starting with Motherhood Mondays. Menopause Mondays, Wellness Wednesdays and Women’s Health sessions will follow across Chichester, Petersfield and Eastergate.
  • Membership: online and in-person memberships are in development, offering education, resources, member events and priority access.

We are launching across Chichester, Petersfield and Eastergate, and we intend to grow. Wherever we go, the approach stays the same: real women, real conversations, and support that is easy to find.

The founder

Tanisha Allen

“I kept meeting women who were carrying so much and who had never once been asked how they were doing. I wanted to build somewhere for that.”

Tanisha is the founder of The Beauty Aesthetics Group, the established business behind our clinics across West Sussex and Hampshire. An aesthetics practitioner with years of experience in skin and aesthetics, she is currently training as an adult nurse.

Much of that time has been spent in close conversation with women. Appointments that began with skin would turn into something else entirely: a new mum who had not slept in weeks, a woman in her late forties quietly wondering whether what she was feeling was “normal”, a first-time mum-to-be with a list of questions and nobody to ask. Over and over, Tanisha noticed the same thing. Women were doing a great deal for everyone around them, and very little of the support on offer was designed with them in mind.

The Women’s Wellbeing Group is her answer to that. It grew from a simple idea: that women’s needs change throughout life, that the support available is often scattered and hard to reach, and that it does not have to be that way. She wanted to create somewhere women could come for good education, straight answers from people who know, practical support and a real community, without feeling judged, rushed or sold to.

She is passionate about women’s health, about education that is clear and genuinely useful, and about building supportive communities where women feel welcome exactly as they are.

Where we come from

A new brand, from an established team.

The Women’s Wellbeing Group is part of The Beauty Aesthetics Group, created by the same team that has cared for women in our clinics across West Sussex and Hampshire for years. It stands entirely on its own: a women’s health, wellbeing, education and community business. You don’t need to be a client of our clinics to join us, and nothing here is about treatments. Everyone is welcome.
